The Android guide is mainly a video guide, we recommend you read the introduction and watch at least the basic usage video.
TeeDroid Caddy for Android is a mobile caddying application that gives you access to on course range finding as well as game tracking.
Please ensure that GPS Satellites are enabled.
To enable go to Settings (Hammer and Wrench) -> Security and location and make
sure "Enable GPS Satellites" is checked. You will see a satellite image
blink in the notifications bar (top of screen), once it stops blinking
your phone has acquired a satellite location.
To conserve battery while on course turn off WiFi and 3G (battery hogs).
Go to Settings -> Wireless Controls
Ensure Wi-Fi is unchecked
Under mobile networks check "Use only 2G networks"
Once you are off course you can turn them back on again.
You will still be able to receive phone calls with 3G off.
Start TeeDroid Caddy at least a couple of minutes before teeing off. This ensures that your phone has the time to acquire GPS satellites for accurate distances.
Navigation is done mainly using the touch screen and menu button. To exit a screen use the back button on your phone. Hitting the home button will put TeeDroid Caddy in the background but not exit.
To access to all these features make sure you upgrade to the latest version from http://www.teedroid.mobi (on your phone). Login and click the download link, select the Android version, and follow the instructions.

Tracking each stroke not only gives you detailed stats such as putts, GiR, fairways hit, scrambling and sand saves, but also calculates the distance you hit your clubs.
